Police have identified the 90-year-old man found dead amid debris in a home so cluttered that emergency crews were unable to enter some of the rooms.

Foul play is not suspected, but the Allegheny County medical examiner's office has scheduled an autopsy Thursday on the body of Stanley Bialowas Jr., 90, of Pittsburgh.

His decomposing body was found Wednesday in his home in Ingram, where neighbors said he had no running water or heat, but sometimes had electricity. Neighbors considered Bialowas a “hoarder."

Ingram Volunteer Fire Chief Dave Damp said it took crews more than four hours to locate the body after a neighbor told authorities the man hadn't been seen for several days.

"The house was packed with stuff,” Damp said. “Some rooms were so full that you couldn't get in."
